Checking Registration Status |
| |
All registrants are asked to check their registration status and personal information on file, especially their registration number. Please remember to bring your Letter of Confirmation. If registrants do not have a letter of confirmation to verify their status, any proof of registration fee payment (i.e. the receipt of bank transfer receipt) can be used to confirm registration. |

Registration Procedures On Arrival |

Each participant of the 11th International Anti-corruption Conference must personally check in at the appropriate Registration Desk to pick up a Personal Packet (including their Name Badge and Conference Bag) before attending any Plenary Sessions, Workshops, or Events. On-site check-in will be arranged according to your last name. |

Office for GFIII & 11th IACC via one of the following

For the purpose of greater efficiency and
expediency, we encourage the use of the
online registration form. Please read the
Registration Guidelines carefully before
beginning to fill out all registration forms.

registration form and the Registration Guidelines
below, and return the form to the Organizing
Office by email, fax or mail.

An identification
badge will be provided at the conference registration
desks to serve as a ticket for the conference,
and as a useful form of identification to other
participants. Participants are requested to wear
the badge throughout the entire conference.
Please indicate personal information to be included
in the identification badge, such as Name, Nationality,
Organization, and Position. If no clear indication
is made, the participant¡¯s Name, Organization,
and Nationality will automatically appear on the
identification badge. |

Please note that the subtotal for three days registration
(USD 900) exceeds the amount for full registration
(USD 650 for advanced registration, USD 830 for
regular registration). As part of the conference
organization procedure, and to ensure the proper
development of the conference program, Transparency
International has assumed responsibility including
expenses for the development of the conference
program, the organization of the workshops, and
other relevant duties. In return, TI will receive
100% of all registration fees paid by participants
to the conference to cover these expenses. Registration
fee examptions can be granted only by TI.

buses will operate continuously between the airport,

In order
to enable the organizers to determine appropriate
workshop room sizes, please indicate the workshops
of interest or of planned attendance. For detailed

The Conference
includes a total of three dinners. Only
those who have registered in advance (approximately
800 participants) will be able to attend the Opening
Reception on 25 May, due to security reasons and
space limitations. Therefore, a clear
indication of your desire to attend is recommended. |

The 11th
IACC will be held immediately after Transparency
International¡¯s 2003 Annual General Meeting (TI¡¯s
2003 AGM), and immediately prior to the Third
Global Forum on Fighting Corruption and Safeguarding
Integrity (Global Forum III). For purposes of
greater coordination, please indicate whether
you plan to participate in either of these conferences.
Please note that both conferences are by invitation
only. Furthermore, a separate registration procedure
exists for each of these conferences (TI¡¯s 2003
AGM will have on-site registration only).

Acceptance of Registration
Application: Following submission
of the registration form, its receipt will
be verified by the Organizing Office through
email, or by fax in the case that no e-mail
address was provided. Upon receipt of this
email or fax, please contact the Organizing
Office if any changes or modifications need
to be made. |

Letter of Confirmation
(Conference Registration): Once
registration is complete, a Letter of Confirmation
will be sent by e-mail, or by fax or mail
in the case that no e-mail address was provided,
to confirm registration completion (registration
will be completed only when the full registration
fee has been paid to the Organizing Office).
Registrants who notify the Organizing Office
of the need for a visa to enter the Republic
of Korea will receive the Letter of Confirmation
by mail. This letter will contain important
information (such as the registration number)
and can facilitate the application for a

Payments
relating to the hotels, accompanying person(s),
and tours will be handled separately from that
of conference registration. As a result, a separate
account exists for the deposit of payments for
hotels, accompanying person, and tours. Please

Housing Bureau (the agency within the Conference
Organizing Company that handles hotel and other
related matters) has secured a diversity of efficient
and convenient hotels at special conference discount
rates for the participants during the period of
the conference. If alternative information from
other lodging facilities is needed, please contact
the Housing Bureau via e-mail (cocol@coex.co.kr),
fax (+82 2 575 9828), or mail (5F, Yuil Building

Republic of Korea). We recommend that
reservations be completed by 1 April, after which

the conference, and three tour programs following
the conference (a total of seven). For detailed

a minimum of 7 days in advance of the tour date.
