PRACTICAL INFORMATION >> Stands/Booths

Organizations who wish to engage in greater exchange of information and public relations activities will have the opportunity to present information within a designated area in the Conference venue. For a fee, exhibition booths will be provided near the Auditorium of the COEX Convention Center. Use of the booths will be open to all participants and participating organizations, including NGOs. Organizations who take advantage of this opportunity will have a chance to directly engage participants and to inform them of their institution, projects, and other related matters.

Due to limitations of space and availability, the booths will be provided on a first-come-first-serve basis for a limited time. The booths will be exhibited throughout the duration of the entire conference, from 25 to 28 May 2003.

Rental Fee:
$ 520 (for Korean, KW 685,000)


Type B - esp. for NGO

Contents:
Anti-Corruption related promotional materials, etc.

Equipment:
Table, 2 chairs, floor finishing (4.5m2 Pytax)

Rental Fee:
$ 220 (for Korean, KW 290,000)
